addressing the needs of the offender in transition, but are unaware of the
efforts of others toward the same cause.
CREST works to bring together the resources available in Anne Arundel
County, Maryland to better serve the needs of offenders and ex-offenders.

Mission Statement
The mission of CREST is to make Anne Arundel County a place where
ex-offenders are welcomed back into their communities. With the support
initiatives that will assist them, they will become contributing members of
society.

A Little About What We Do
Community Re-Entry Support Team (CREST) is a coordinated assembly of
community institutions, concerned businesses, government agencies, and
related faith-based resources providing a single clearing house for the
activities and services of its members.
CREST will not case manage ex-offenders; rather identify all the resources
available to the ex-offender, allowing members to appropriately refer the
ex-offender to the required providers. Its goal is to remain a continual
central reference point for its members.
CREST is a member organization with a newsletter, directory, effective web
communications, efficient referral system, continuing group meetings, and
an opportunity to offer speakers and forums for the mutual benefit and
edification of its members.
